Pain is one of the first indicators that inflammation is in the body. With brain maladies, the body does not typically feel pain. It's a mystery and deserves attention to those who want to win the fight.
In my recent past, I'd been diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), and any other autoimmune disorders doctors could think of during a hospital stay several years ago. Through my experience, Covid episodes produce fierce inflammation at unusually high levels. Inflammation may be linked to cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, lung diseases, diabetes, Parkinson's (dementia) and most recently I've read that cancer can be caused by inflammation as well. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences states, "Inflammation plays a key role in many diseases, some of which are becoming more common and severe. Chronic inflammatory diseases contribute to more than half of deaths worldwide." * Having lived through days, months and years of disabling pain, Ibuprofen was my best choice because it allowed me to function, not without pain, but made my body better able to manage my day and tasks. I've tried CBD and other hemp products, with little to no success. With research and consumption, along with other natural products, I can say that living without harmful pain relievers is possible. During and after conquering the battle of inflammation, and brain maladies, my body feels better...and I'm more at peace within myself and my surroundings. Here are a couple of inflammation fighting foods that are also available in herbal form: Ginger, Garlic and Peppermint. They are my go-to herbs. Others include Turmeric, Cardamom, Black pepper, but I learned it does not digest in the body, so I avoid it. Ginseng, Green tea, Rosemary and Cinnamon are great herbs that are also sold as teas. However, three of them can be found in capsule form, giving them greater potency with consumption. Author Keri Gans, M.S., R.D. is the author of The Small Change Diet and she suggests: Fruits, vegetables, oily fish such as salmon, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grains rich in fiber. Diagnosis: Divine Health is a book I wrote following one of my healing journeys. It is a testimony of pain and suffering while I made made better food choices, learned more about the beneficial herbs and God's healing power. Consuming anti-inflammatory foods and herbs will assist in the fight. If you want to learn more, stay tuned! * niehs.nih.gov For simple & healthy recipes, visit: ABChealthyrecipes.blogspot.com

Emotions get trapped inside our bodies, unknowingly when we're young, but it still poses a challenge even in our adult years. Some people even found trapped emotions going back many generations. It's definitely worth pursuing. What have we got to lose?
For more information and releasing trapped emotions, I've copied the text below from online to help those who might want to pursue this harmless yet helpful aspect to healing and wholeness. In The Emotion Code, renowned holistic physician and lecturer Dr. Bradley Nelson skillfully lays bare the inner workings of the subconscious mind. He reveals how emotionally-charged events from your past can still be haunting you in the form of "trapped emotions"; emotional energies that literally inhabit your body. Dr. Nelson explains clearly and concisely how trapped emotions can create pain, malfunction and eventual disease. In addition, trapped emotions can exert a dramatic effect on how you think, the choices that you make, and how successful you will be. Perhaps the most important discovery that Dr. Nelson has made is that trapped emotional energies will often gather around the heart, creating a "Heart-Wall" that may block you from giving and receiving love freely. The Emotion Code is a powerful and simple way to rid yourself of unseen baggage. Releasing trapped emotions often results in the sudden disappearance of physical problems, self-sabotage, and recurring relationship difficulties. Filled with real-world examples from many years of clinical practice, The Emotion Code is a distinct and authoritative new work that is destined to become an instant classic on self-healing. I've tried something similar to this in the past to relieve physical symptoms. It did offer relief, but now I'm ready to get more serious with releasing more trapped emotions as I pursue this aspect of healing. I've ordered the book and look forward to greater healing and well-being. Since I've been using an element of this process for more than 30 years, I've already begun and have pain relief that I thought I'd never have! I'm willing to help anyone who wants to give it a try for a minimal fee per session. Sessions allow you to remain in the comfort of your home or office. With more than 30 years experience in the natural health field, I've conquered infirmities for myself that have the doctors and researchers amazed. I've always had a desire to help others with sickness and disease. This season seems right to take the plunge with a focused intention for helping others obtain health and wellness.
Since having many a symptom and disease throughout the years, we have the experience and knowledge to help others achieve health and healing too. We will share things including food, herbs and other remedies to eradicate most infirmities, to empower others to improve their body and life. Western medicine has its place, but for most it offers a temporary fix or no help. Additionally, doctors in Western medicine are trained to treat the symptoms, not the cause. Eastern medicine or natural alternative doctors produced less than desirable results and harm to my body, so pursuing natural remedies and trusting in God is my first choice. A better choice really does exist for those who suffer with challenging infirmities! For a complete health consultation, send your name and email to kathy@rpjandco.com.
